the client had some issues with water ingress into the property when we carried out a inspection to the roof area we found the following issues  as photographed below.

rainwater pipes aldersbrook roofingWe had inspection to the flat roof and we had found that several issues with the roof design were water was being trapped behind a water tank housing. this was the area were the main water ingress into the property was.  We come up with the solution of re directing the fall and felting the section with a 3 layer torch on felts.  and new code 4 milled lead flashings to the perimetter of the defective area of the roof.  whilst we was there we carried out further lead flashings to te water tank housing.

we also re directed the rainwater pipe from the adjacent building to flow away and down to the mansard .

These works were carried out in a day by our efficient work force

Every house needs a proper roofing. It must be versatile on four weathers or even the most extreme ones. We do need some work on ours as well. Also, a great job indeed on the water tank. Sadly, the pictures are not viewable as of the moment. Still, the article is very informative and is highly viable. Sounds like a work of a good engineer or an architect with the efficiency. Also, it's my first time hearing those gutter cleaning machines. Great Job!
